{"id":844,"date":"2018-01-11T08:08:09","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T08:08:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adriangrigoras.com\/blog\/?p=844"},"modified":"2018-01-11T08:08:09","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T08:08:09","slug":"declaration-daily-heroism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adriangrigoras.com\/blog\/declaration-daily-heroism\/","title":{"rendered":"Declaration for Daily Heroism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Today is a gift.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The past is an illusion and the future is unknown.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And so, I am leveraging this day to express my talents, elevate my genius and serve the world.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I work for the world.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Yes, I work for the world.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When I feel afraid, I continue.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>When I am criticized, I persist.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>When I face a wall, I overcome.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>When I am tired, I rest.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I now understand, that all great pursuits demand unusual focus, deep devotion and uncommon hope.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>If world-class was easy, everyone would be doing it.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And so I commit to the process.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Knowing that each day is my life in miniature.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And as I craft each day, so I construct my life.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Today, this day, I radiate optimism.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Today, this day, I go the extra mile.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Today, this day, I do work that wows.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Today, this day, I celebrate my loved ones.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Today this day, I am kind.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Trivial pursuits never dilute my attention.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Energy vampires never steal my time.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And old disappointments never dim my fire.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I am a lion, not a sheep.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>A leader, not a follower.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>A victor, not a victim.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This day is all I have.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I\u2019ll elevate my Mindset.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I\u2019ll calibrate my Heartset.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I\u2019ll iterate my Healthset.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And I\u2019ll recreate my Soulset.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>So that I model possibility today.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>So that I exemplify audacity today.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>And so that I\u2019ll walk with dignity today.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This is my day.
